Success Stories!

Success at last! All the potholes have finally been filled in. It took a long time, a LOT of complaints and reporting, but it paid off in the end!

We have recently installed signs to warn drivers to slow down when driving through Field Broughton city centre, and we have also put some on the lane from the church to the Broughton House junction, warning that the road is only 6′ 6″ wide.

White Moss Common is looking good, after three cuts in rapid succession, and the lane from the bus shelter has had a trim.

The defibrillator is here, but we are still waiting to hear from the Rooms Committee about whether we can install it on the side, or the front, of the Rooms, or somewhere else.

But… never fear… the blocked culvert on White Moss Common remains blocked, and is yet to be discovered. A search will be mounted soon…
